The IRT60 H is truly a gem in our shop. It's actually the big brother of the 30-watt combo and the little brother of the IRT120-watt. We believe it's the perfect middle ground for the average guitarist.

This modern-sounding amplifier has lots of gain, plenty of compression, and a ton of features onboard. Thanks to its 6L6 power tubes, the IRT is an extremely versatile, aggressive-sounding amp. It features a fully 3-channel preamp with clean, rhythm, and lead channels, a Push-Pull EQ, plus a foot-switchable pre-boost section – a must-have for any modern guitarist who plays heavy music.

The addition of Dynamics & Tone knobs enhances your guitar sound.

The Tubes
Premium hand-selected ECC83 & 6L6 tubes deliver that biting character, something that heavy players love to hear in their tone.

The IRT also includes a Variwatt control, which allows you to dial in your desired sound at any wattage level without compromising your tone. This means you can play at a lower wattage for, say, your bedroom, but still maintain that saturated tube sound. The Variwatt controls the signal level in the power amplifier, allowing you to drive it harder or softer.
For the speaker cabinet, we’ve chosen the G12IE – 2x 12-inch Custom Designed HH Drivers.
The Laney G12 is a closed-back speaker that provides the bass, mid-response, and fantastic sound you expect from a Laney 2×12” speaker.

In the heart of the cab are 2 HH 12-inch drivers that were specially designed by HH for Laney. The HH 12-inch drivers deliver the sweet-sounding tone. The GS212IE produces a beautifully warm low-end, a creamy rich vocal mid-range, and a sparkling, wonderfully detailed top-end. It’s versatile enough for whatever music style you choose to play.
