Taxes

The prices on The Guitar Master's website are in EURO incl. 21% VAT.

The Guitar Master reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

 

Everyone in the Netherlands: you always pay 21% VAT. (V.A.T.) If you have a company and/or valid VAT/V.A.T. you can reclaim this 21% yourself.

 

Private individuals living in the European community: you pay 21% VAT. (and you do not have to pay any additional costs or taxes upon import)

 

European community-based entrepreneurs outside the Netherlands who can identify themselves with a traceable V.A.T. / MWST / VAT number is NOT charged with the 21% VAT. The shipping address must be the actual and traceable VAT number. registered address.

Send information

Orders placed on in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days if no custom additions are made. We ship our goods with DPD (incl. Insurance) within and outside the Netherlands.

Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered from our webshop, you have 14 days to return the product to us in pristine original condition.

A condition for any cancellation is that the merchandise has not been used and that you contact us at info@theguitarmaster.nl for instructions on how to proceed with the return. The Guitar Master does not pay any COD costs or shipping invoices. The Guitar Master also does not pay for the return shipping of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange and this does not apply to goods shipped in error. In that case you will of course not pay any shipping costs for the return. You are still responsible for keeping the goods in the same condition as when they were received. If the product is damaged in any way or is lost due to negligence on your part, you lose any right of withdrawal.

Payment options

In the Netherlands we offer iDeal as a payment option. Here you can pay safely online with your own bank account via a secure portal. This option does not incur any additional costs. We also accept credit cards.

 

Privacy

All personal information is only recorded for internal use at The Guitar Master and never provided to third parties.

 

Dutch law applies

1. Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Even if the consumer lives abroad.

2. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
